Paul practiced law as a partner in two very large international law firms in Ohio and Arizona for more than 30 years specializing in Corporate Finance, Public Finance, Commercial Transactions, Business Law, Asset Securitizations and Health Care Finance. His clients included large banks, New York and regional investment banks, profit and nonprofit businesses and institutions. Paul is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Arizona and retired from admission to practice law in New York. He does not practice law in Michigan. Paul has been consistently recognized through Martindale Hubbel Peer Review Ratings as AV Preeminent by The American Registry and Lawyers.com, the highest possible rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. Paul has taken many legal education courses related to mediation and arbitration including the course required to become a Mediator in Michigan.

Lianne is a graduate of Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. She is licensed by the State Bar of Arizona and her license in Ohio is in inactive status. She does not practice law in Michigan.
Lianne practiced law for over 30 years in small law firms in Ohio and Arizona representing clients in domestic family law, general civil matters and criminal law. As a Magistrate for the Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County Ohio, she presided over family law cases which included, divorce, dissolution, custody, shared parenting, visitation and grandparent visitation. She has seen firsthand the effects of litigation on the family. The financial and emotional costs can be devastating.
After retiring from full-time practice of law, Lianne decided to become a Mediator so that she could use her extensive experience and skills to help people in family law disputes and other personal and business matters to resolve their issues in a way that is an alternative to costly and lengthy litigation. She has taken the course required to become a Mediator in Michigan.
